Nissan Leaf

The Nissan LEAF was introduced for the 2011 model year and has sold over 500,000 units since it hit the market.
The little compact EV has proven to be a great car with the exception of one thing, one important thing, the battery. Nissan chose not to thermally manage the battery and this has led to premature failure or degradation.

Precision Auto Service is the only shop in the Fraser Valley and Metro Vancouver to specialize in the repair of these cars and has performed dozens of battery replacements, charger repairs, advanced troubleshooting and general maintenance and we are also working with partners to provide upgrades and long term solutions to the lithium ion batteries.   We are an EV’s Enhanced product distributor as well as investigating other options as they come along.

We are not just a LEAF repair shop, we are owners and enthusiasts as well, having owned a 2012 LEAF since 2016.

Don’t just look to us for battery concerns, we can service and repair anything you may need on all EV’s but have made quite a reputation repairing the things that no one else will attempt.  HV batteries, charging systems, electronics and other related items along with the normal maintenance and repair of all the things they have in common with an ICE car.
