We were the first shop in Canada to stock these upgraded Tesla LDU coolant delete manifolds and they are the ideal upgrade for those that plan on using their Tesla hard or want the best solution and the ability to upgrade to external cooling at a later date.
Tesla Large Drive Unit Motor Repairs
Precision Auto Service has been repairing the Large Drive Unit failures for over five years and stocks the bearings, seals and coolant manifold deletes to ensure a permanent repair to the coolant leaks that plague these drive motors.
We need to see your vehicle to provide an accurate estimate but a typical Large Drive Unit Repair will cost around $ 4,500 to $7,500 depending on the amount of coolant that has contaminated the drive unit and the amount of clean up work required.
A proactive LDU coolant manifold delete can be done with the QC Charge delete manifold pictured or using delete caps, we offer both services. Prices for proactive deletes will typically run $1,950 to $2,850 and that includes replacing the fluids in the drive units and a wheel alignment.
